Happy New Owner Letters!

Kelly, the instant I saw him I was just shocked at how perfect he is. All the way home, I just kept telling my husband he is gorgeous, he is perfect and I just kept giggling. I was thinking that we would hear him whining before we saw him. I was preparing myself for a very upset puppy for all the traveling he has been through but the instant they turned him around to me I could not get over how gorgeous he was and he came right to us, out of his kennel and his tail was going a mile a minute and he licked us silly!! This is my first cavalier and I'm madly in love with him! We plan on starting his classes as soon as his shots are complete. Something in my gut tells me that he is going to be a champion! I am also getting another show dog from Michigan. It is a pug. His parents are both champions and his dad went to Westminster and then Crufts. My pug will be born June 5th.Winston and my pug will be traveling and going to a lot of shows together.

Thanks, Lesley

P.S. Do you have any little girls because Winston really likes my daughters!

Hi Kelly ,

We just got back home with our little girl and had quite a trip to get her. We met several really great people including the guy that owned the motel we stayed at lol he was excited as we were for the next morning to come so we could get her. Then we got her and  ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  Kelly she is at least 20 times more than we could have ever hoped for. She just moved right in and took over now she sits on my lap and watches TV with an occasional smooch during commercials  lol.
We are so happy with her and want to thank you for your help also Jane who is really a great gal along with her husband and son

                                                       Sincerely,
                                                       Gary & Charlotte

Hi Kelly,
Just wanted you to know that Charles is happy, healthy and greatly loved.  He is a great dog and we could not have dared asked for more.

Kelly:

People are gushing over how cute our boy, Pavel, is.   And do I mean gushing!  I ran into a dog walker in the neighborhood that I am friendly with (he walks 5 cavs - - 4 Blenheims and a tri every morning) so we were talking as Pavel snuggled under Mommy's chin and shoulder.  Anyway, we caused a major traffic jam on the sidewalk as everyone wanted to see him and speculate on his full-grown size compared to the other Cavs.  I got  very protective as people wanted to pet him and didn't really allow it - - they could look but not touch!  A few people wanted to know what breeder I got him from and how well and ethical the kennel was.  Well, I went to town raving and dropped your website.  I was telling one woman as bad as she may feel about Cav's in dog store windows, that she should maintain the breed standard and only go through an ethical and caring breeder - - someone else will buy the puppy store puppy.  there's one in a store by me, called Le Chien, i'm going to check it out today, and the woman told me the puppy was going for $3,000!  I think it's a Blenheim - - I'll let you know.  Put it this way, they sell leather dog carriers (looks like a big purse) for like$600!  i went in because they were so fashionable and cute (lots of different designs) and feigned nonchalance when i saw the price!  i'm telling you, new york city, especially the east side is ridiculous.  i guess if you have the money it's no big deal but a nice sherpa carrier will do just fine for my boy + i can take it on the airplane with me when i go to visit my mom or friends in other states.  he's resting at my feet now.

i've decided that he needs to sleep with mommy.  so much for the expensive bed i bought!  (at least for now)  he needs to stay close and feel protected.
thank you, thank you, thank you!  i haven't been this happy in such a long time.  he's a royal gem of a king!
